Privacy Policy

This policy applies to two different kinds of data, and our role differs for each:

• Data about you — as an agent, broker, staff member, or website visitor. For this information, Realtipro acts as the "controller" and this policy governs how we handle it.
• Data you put into the Services about your own clients, leads, and contacts ("Customer Data"). For this information, you (or your brokerage) are the controller and Realtipro acts as a "processor" that handles the data on your behalf and under your instructions. Your own privacy notices and agreements with those individuals govern that data, and a Data Processing Addendum may apply.

Account & profile information

When you register or are added to an account, we collect information such as your name, work email, phone number, brokerage or team name, real estate license details, role, and the number of seats or users on your plan.

Billing information

Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We receive limited billing details (such as plan, billing contact, and the last four digits and expiration of a card) but do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Customer Data you provide

Through the CRM and other tools you may upload or generate data about your clients and leads — for example names, email addresses, phone numbers, property preferences, showing and transaction details, tasks, and notes. You control what you enter and are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.

IDX, MLS & website activity

When you use IDX websites and the admin panel, we process property listing content sourced from Multiple Listing Services (including NWMLS and 500+ supported boards), along with searches, saved listings and favorites, and inquiries or leads captured through your IDX site and contact forms.

AI inputs and outputs

When you use RIA AI, Listing AI, market intelligence, or the MarketIQ suite, we process the prompts, listing details, and other inputs you provide, together with the copy, flyers, graphics, video, and email content generated for you.

Communications

We collect information you send us through contact forms, demo requests, newsletter sign-ups, and support channels.

Usage, device & log data

We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, actions taken in the Services, and timestamps.

Cookies & similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, and measure usage. See "Cookies & Tracking" below.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including CRM, IDX display and search, the admin panel, and the mobile app;
• Generate AI-assisted content and analytics through RIA AI, Listing AI, market intelligence, and the MarketIQ suite;
• Set up accounts, manage seats, authenticate users, and provide onboarding and support;
• Process subscriptions, billing, and renewals;
• Secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service;
• Analyze usage to improve, troubleshoot, and develop new features;
• Send you service, security, and administrative messages, and — where permitted — product updates and marketing you can opt out of;
• Comply with legal obligations and applicable MLS, IDX, and industry rules.

RIA AI, Listing AI, market intelligence, and the MarketIQ tools use your inputs — such as listing information and prompts — to generate outputs for you. We may use trusted AI service providers (subprocessors) to power these features; they are bound by contract to use the data only to provide the service to us.

We do not sell your Customer Data, and we do not use it to train third-party foundation models except as needed to provide the feature you requested or with your permission.

IDX property data is displayed under license from the applicable Multiple Listing Services, including NWMLS. We process this data only to provide IDX display, search, and lead-capture functionality to authorized users, and it remains subject to the rules and agreements of the relevant MLS.

MLS listing content is refreshed, updated, and removed in accordance with those MLS agreements. Leads captured through your IDX website belong to you as the licensed agent or broker. We do not sell MLS data.

We use essential cookies (required for the Services to function and stay secure), functional cookies (to remember preferences), and analytics cookies (to understand usage). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only as described here:

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, storage, payment processing, email and messaging delivery, analytics, and AI providers that help us run the Services under contractual confidentiality obligations;
• Your team or brokerage — where you are part of a shared team or brokerage account, relevant data is available to the appropriate administrators and members;
• MLS and industry bodies — where required to comply with MLS, IDX, or regulatory rules;
• Legal and safety — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Realtipro, our users, or the public;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. After termination, we will delete or return Customer Data on request, subject to a reasonable wind-down period, routine backup cycles, and any retention required by law or MLS rules.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them.

To exercise a right, or to unsubscribe, email us at info@realtipro.com or use the unsubscribe link in our emails. Because much of the Customer Data in the Services is controlled by an agent or brokerage, we may direct certain requests to the relevant account owner.

If you use the Services to manage contacts and run outreach, you are responsible for having the appropriate legal basis and consents to collect and contact those individuals, and for complying with applicable laws — including CAN-SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do-Not-Call rules, and MLS anti-solicitation and advertising rules. You are the controller of the Customer Data you upload.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and tools that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them. Please review those policies before providing information.

The Services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Realtipro is based in the United States and processes and stores information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed here, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
